If I need more than one service how should I book the appointment?
Our friendly staff will be happy to accommodate all of your needs when you book an appointment at our salon. Just let our receptionist know that you would like multiple services. It is very common for our guests to book their nail and waxing services in coordination with their lash appointment(s).
What should I do if I know I am going to run late?
Please call our salon at 702-776-8273 if you are running late for your appointment. Our receptionist will check with your nail tech or esthetician to ensure you will still be able to receive your desired services in full. We do have a 10 minute grace period. If you're running late and have a combo package booked, we may need to split the two services between two nail techs to be able to fit your appointment in.
Can I book online?
We accept online bookings 24/7. Click on the Book Online button on our home page which will take you to our online booking portal through Zenoti. We do require a $25 deposit when booking online but that does go towards your final total when you check out in the salon on your day of service. There are no extra fees to use the online booking feature.
What is Vibe Nail Bars cancellation policy?
We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, and are happy to accommodate your needs. As a courtesy to our nails techs and other guests, please call our salon if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If you booked your appointment online and cancel/reschedule/no show within a 24 hour period, you would lose your online deposit. If you cancel 24 hours or more before your appointment, your deposit will be refunded to you in full. If you reschedule, the deposit amount will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
How far in advance should I book my appointment?
To ensure that you get the date and time that you want, we recommend booking your next appointment before you leave our salon or a few days before you'd like to come in. We do take same day and walking client also.
